IT SYSTEMS SUPPORT AND MONITORING SPECIALISTS / NIGHT SHIFTS

The impact You will create:

• Based on a strict schedule you will check and ensure for a correct data flow between stores and central systems supported by an internal and external monitoring systems as Nexus, Nagios etc.
• You will conduct different troubleshooting steps in case of any missing or inconsistent data as well as temporarily system malfunction
• You will keep constant communication with IT departments of the affected countries and keep the teams up to date with the system’s performance and result of our troubleshooting steps
• We will expect you to give suggestions on how to improve the existing data checks and how to optimize and automate the processes

Experience and skills You will need:

• You come with a passion for IT and preferably have an IT education and/or some basic support experience.
• Basic IT knowledge built by working with different remote desktop, file sharing and monitoring applications and platforms.
• Practical experience on working with monitoring tools is considered as a plus.
• Practical experience and time spent on Windows Batch scripting, Python basic knowledge, Ansible knowledge and experience with other automation related technologies is considered as a plus.
• You have strong willingness to learn and develop on a position with high responsibility which will put you in a demanding IT environment.
• Most of all you need to be ready and willing to work on 4 hours working shifts that can be placed in the time frame 7PM – 10AM. Shifts can be placed on weekends and official holidays.
• You come with good English skills needed to operate in a multicultural environment.
