We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of IT Operations to lead our IT infrastructure, service delivery, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning technology operations with business strategy and elevating the customer experience.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead cross-functional IT operations teams and drive performance, KPIs, and efficiency.
Oversee IT infrastructure, digital applications, and day-to-day IT operations.
Ensure stability, security, and scalability of systems, networks, and platforms.
Optimize processes and workflows through automation and data-driven insights.
Monitor service levels and compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and ITIL practices.
Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, cost control, and vendor performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership on IT strategy and digital transformation.
👤 Who You Are:
8–12 years of progressive experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Delivery.
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise IT environments.
Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), hybrid infrastructure, and automation.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITSM tools (e.g., Zabbix, JIRA), and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
ITIL v4 certified (Foundation and SO).
