    Reporting to the Lead Engineering Test & Quality Manager, the Tester will be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing of the Digital and Loyalty applications. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, maintaining automated regression tests, and achieving high test coverage, with a strong focus on loyalty systems, customer journeys, and omnichannel experiences.

    What you’ll do

    Being a QA Specialist is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia, which means you’ll be:

    • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
    • Validate loyalty platform features such as rewards, points accrual/redemption, promotions, and customer segmentation.
    • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
    • Build and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
    • Conduct end-to-end testing across digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and backend services.
    • Perform exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
    • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated tests are integrated into the release process.

    Who you are

    It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

    • Experience in testing digital and loyalty platforms.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
    • Possesses a broad knowledge of Testing technologies with knowledge of Agile software development methodology
    • Jira, Confluence, DevOps, Git
    • CI/CD tooling and SAS platforms like Buddy. Works and bitrise
    • Quality & automation: TDD, Unit Testing, Playwright, BDD/Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, etc.
    • Javascript/Typescript for Automation.

    Location – Sofia – Hybrid

    The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required
