Senior SAP EWM Consultant

We are looking for SAP EWM Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP EWM modules, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.

Job (Project) Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Extended Warehouse Management solutions, ensuring smooth integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA and supporting key logistics processes such as inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and inventory management. The role also involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver effective warehouse operations.

‍Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working with SAP EWM;
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes and configuration;
• Experience with RF Framework, POSC, LOSC, and Warehouse Monitor;
• Hands-on experience with integration to SAP ERP (MM, SD) and S/4HANA is a plus;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• SAP EWM Certification is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP TM, Yard Management, or Material Flow System (MFS);
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments;
• Experience working with international teams or in multinational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized);
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Design and configure EWM processes such as:
• Inbound and Outbound processing
• Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping
• Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order creation
• Physical Inventory
• Labor Management (optional);
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP and other logistics modules (MM, SD, TM);
• Participate in system testing, user training, and go-live support;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless operations;
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and solution specifications;
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
