Where you Fit In:

As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our project management function, ensuring the successful execution of high impact strategic initiative. You will champion operational efficiency, establish standardized best practices, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver projects that support the company’s objectives.

The Impact you will have:

Define and implement project management frameworks, tools and best practices across the organization

Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned with the company’s goals and integrated with the yearly roadmap

Oversea end to end delivery of high impact project across the organization

Track project performance, risks and scope, ensuring comprehensive project plans with clear defined milestones and dependencies

Establish and maintain clear governance structures, reporting mechanisms and escalation procedures to support effective project delivery

Provide leadership, coaching and growth opportunities for the project management team

Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing and Operations to define project scope, objective and key deliverables

Facilitate clear communication between executive leadership and project teams

Conduct post project evaluations and share learning to improve future project executions

What we’re looking for:

Technical background or strong familiarity with iGaming platforms and technologies

A professional qualification in project management

Solutions-oriented mindset with a strong ability to anticipate obstacles and address them proactively

Strong adaptability and resilience in dynamic fast-paced and constantly evolving business environments

Proficient in driving strategic planning and maintaining structured organization with a focus on accuracy and detail

5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior role within iGaming

Strong understanding of project management metrologies

Excellent organizational skill with attention to detail

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience launching products across multiple market or jurisdictions

Strong command of spoken and written English
