Where you Fit In :

As our Senior Project Manager, you will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects across multiple departments. Acting as the central link between stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with risks, resources, and expectations effectively managed. You will also contribute to refining project management processes to support Sportingtech’s continued growth.

The Impact you will have:

Plan, initiate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria

Track progress, provide updates, and address issues promptly to prevent delays

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Contribute to improving project management processes and best practices

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to avoid scope changes and delays

Lead project meetings and facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders

Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership

Oversee project documentation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards

Conduct post-project evaluations and share learnings to improve future delivery

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects

Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Experience using Jira and Confluence

Proven success managing projects in fast-paced environments

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience launching products across multiple markets or jurisdictions
