What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the full software development lifecycle—from initial design through deployment and continuous improvement
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code while actively contributing to a collaborative engineering culture
• Strengthening our testing framework through thorough unit testing and close coordination with QA teams
• Contributing to technical architecture decisions, project planning, and effort estimation based on product requirements
• Proactively identifying design limitations and evaluating implementation risks with a strategic, forward-thinking mindset
• Collaborating with QA to quickly diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers to uphold code quality and foster team growth
• Promoting engineering best practices and driving process improvements to elevate team performance
• Keeping up to date with evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge development standards

Key Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Java development
• Strong command of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving
• Advanced experience with Oracle databases and proficiency in Hibernate ORM
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Expertise in Git workflows, including pull requests, branching strategies, and code review processes
• Passion for continuous learning and eagerness to adopt and implement emerging technologies
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
