Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple software development projects within a single banking account. This role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple software development projects under a single client account, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and client representatives.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders at all levels.

• Drive agile and/or hybrid project methodologies depending on project needs.

• Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and status reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing complex software development projects.

• Strong background in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects for a single client/account.

• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
