We specialize in developing Banking Systems, payment solutions, and other large applications.

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic support team! We’re looking for a skilled IT Tech Support Engineer fluent in French (MANDATORY) with solid hands-on experience in operating systems.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating both environments to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues efficiently.

    Familiarity with CRM tools is essential, as you’ll be expected to manage support tickets and maintain detailed user interaction logs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users across systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop environments, operating systems, software applications, hardware, and basic networking.
    • Document issues, solutions, and user interactions thoroughly in the CRM and ticketing system.
    • Manage and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper closure.
    • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
    • Participate in system maintenance tasks, updates, and IT inventory documentation as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in French (mandatory) – must be able to communicate effortlessly with French-speaking users.
    • Proven hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems (troubleshooting, configuration, user support).
    • Familiarity with CRM
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
