UX Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders,

to gather and analyze user requirements and business objectives.

 Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

 Translate user insights into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experiences.

 Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX/UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products and platforms.

 Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our products.

 Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

 Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our design processes and workflows.

Skills & Requirements:

 Proven experience as a UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work on user experiences

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user research findings and translate them into actionable design solutions

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members

 Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments, with a focus on iterative design and rapid prototyping

 Possesses strong English language proficiency
