Your main responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the organization`s IT infrastructure, including desktop and laptop environments running on Microsoft Windows.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and developers to investigate and resolve recurring software or system-related issues.
• Participate in research and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the corporate IT ecosystem.
• Assist in planning and executing infrastructure-related initiatives, both in office and production environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system problems on end-user devices and servers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to IT systems and infrastructure projects.
• Perform system and application upgrades, including hardware refreshes and software updates across all company endpoints

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Entra, Intune, and Exchange.
• Proficient in working with issue tracking and ITSM tools such as Jira and ManageEngine.
• Familiar with Windows Server environments (2016–2019) and their administration.
• Confident in diagnosing and resolving LAN-related problems and network connectivity issues.
• Good understanding of core networking protocols and services like TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, and DNS.
• Capable of efficiently juggling multiple tasks—such as engaging with users, documenting issues, and troubleshooting—without compromising quality.
• Additional expertise with Active Directory, virtualization platforms (especially Hyper-V), Linux distributions (e.g., Debian), databases, or VoIP systems is a definite plus.
