Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (NAV) Consultant/ Retail

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (NAV) Consultant with a focus on retail, you will:

• Analyze customer business processes and requirements
• Design customer-specific business management software solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) system.
• Test and document the designed solution.
• Participate and assist in customer ‘s key users training, acceptance tests, go-live support.
• Maintain and support the implemented solution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail operations.
• Experience as a consultant or end-user of business management software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV but is not a must.
• Proficiency in the setup and integration of retail-specific hardware such as POS systems, fiscal devices, e-scales, barcode scanners, etc.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication in English—both written and spoken.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) are a strong advantage.
