IF YOU ARE
Experienced with 3+ years of proven SAP S/4HANA implementation consulting
Proficient SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant in at least one of the following areas: Record to report (SAP FI, SAP CO); Procure to pay (SAP MM); Order to cash (SAP SD)
Certified with SAP-issued credentials relevant to your subject area
Involved in at least two full SAP S/4HANA implementation life cycles
Skilled in communication and requirements elicitation within SAP project environments
Experienced in SAP presales activities aimed at securing new projects
Confident in leading and guiding small teams of SAP consultants, breaking down complexity, mentoring, and justifying decisions
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
AND YOU WANT TO
Have direct contact with the customer
Lead, manage, and participate in SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and go-live activities
Participate in proposal preparation with all parties, stakeholders, and workflows
Prepare and deliver PoCs, workshops, presentations, and other materials supporting the sales process with subject matter expertise
Estimate and perform scope decomposition, risk assessment, and define dependencies and assumptions
Create technical specifications and architecture vision documents
Guide and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering their professional development
Provide expert support services for resolving system issues and optimizing performance
Build solution architecture for complex IT business solutions based on SAP products
Learn new SAP solutions, functionalities, and best practices
Maintain up-to-date official SAP certificates relevant to subject matter areas
Manage customer relationships by continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen engagement with the customer project team
