Your role:

• You Write It – You Own It: Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve – own the full life-cycle of your code.
• Create disruptive Web3 applications.
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders.
• Become a subject-matter expert in payments and Web3.
• Build reusable cross-chain libraries.
• Work in a small, autonomous team.
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices.

What makes you stand out:

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in Blockchain related project/s.
• Experience with our stack: NodeJs, MySQL, AWS, Kafka.
• Strong understanding of blockchains EVM and others, EIPs, smart contracts, dApps.
• Familiar with the Web3 Stack: Ethers/Viem, Hardhat/Foundry, OpenZepellin Tooling, Solidity, Smart Contract Debugging.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow, and be up-to-date with trends and best practices.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Desired (but not essential):

• Experience leading third party integrations.
• Familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures.
• Prior experience in building systems for financial markets.
