Job Role:
We are seeking 3 junior graduates with a foundational knowledge of programming who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within our Customer Engineering team.
The role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, including:
Customer Onboarding and Support:
Assisting with customer integration and support workflows, managing ongoing communication, and handling back-and-forth requests. Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus.
Operational and Technical Tasks:
Supporting day-to-day operations, including manual configuration tasks such as creating and editing files in formats like JSON, XML, and YAML.
Work hours: 09:00 – 17:30h
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously design, develop, test, and deliver applications using a range of technologies, prioritizing Python, followed by PHP, JavaScript, AWS, and Docker.
Describe software configuration using structured data formats such as JSON, XML and YAML
Troubleshoot program code, related objects, and documentation to resolve application issues
Respond to Live Production Support issues, collect and evaluate user feedback
Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for internal reference and reporting purposes.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
Foundational knowledge of PHP and Python, with a strong interest in developing coding skills further
Familiarity with configuration languages such as JSON, XML, and YAML
Ability to produce a clean and efficient code based on specifications
A strong interest in software programming, principles, design patterns and technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills coupled with a keen eagerness to learn
