– facilitating workshops with new clients – exploring requirements, proposing a solution, technologies, architecture, implementation process, and organization,
– writing high-quality and technically deep solution proposals,
– defining prerequisites for clients, accepting criteria of the solution,
– proposing the work estimations, roadmap, and timeline of the project,
– implementing the prototype while building the design of the final product.
Looking after running projects:
– adapting architectural choices to (always changing) client conditions and requirements,
– bringing deep knowledge and advising to the project team on the hardest problems in the project,
– suggesting future steps, extensions of the projects, and reusing artifacts developed in Xebia.
Building internal Xebia knowledge base:
– unifying architectures and solutions across many Xebia projects and building the company’s knowledge base,
– being the go-to person on “how we do it at Xebia?”.
Your profile:
– extensive experience working with Azure cloud provider,
– great knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD,
– solid experience working with the Databricks platform,
– great fundamental knowledge of Software Engineering, Data Engineering, building whole data platforms and solutions,
– understanding complexity and relationships between businesses, suppliers, partners, competitors, and clients,
– experience or interest in working with and using large-scale data to solve valuable business problems,
– experience in preparing presentations, design documents and architecture diagrams,
– Databricks Certification is nice to have,
– very good command of English (min. C1).
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
