Senior Fullstack Java Developer

The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.

In 2022, we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

In partnership with a major French banking group, we are on a mission to build a team located in Bulgaria, starting with openings for Senior Full Stack Developers. This project aims to define and implement a new tool for managing ADB (Property Manager) customer guarantees. The project is being conducted in Agile mode.

Requirement:

Availability to start as soon as possible (maximum notice period: 1 month)

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis of the created user stories in Jira
• Cost and manage functional and/or technical product developments
• Test the developments carried out
• Support BAs and business units, including POs, during testing and correct any detected anomalies
• Deliver components to the various environments (Test, Bench, Production)
• Prepare technical documentation (Confluence)
• Assist and advise junior developers
• Participate in technical incident resolution and corrective actions (performance, etc.)
• Extract data
• Produce quality code (SonarQube metrics) in hexagonal architecture
• Participate in the team’s Agile rituals (Daily, retro, PI planning, refinement, etc.)
• Escalate ad-hoc alerts

Required technical skills and a proven track record of over 6+ years in:

• JAVA, Spring Boot
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
• REST API, Web Services
• Git, Maven
• SQL, SQL Server
• Jenkins
• Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Unit testing using Cucumber
• Fluent in English
• Professional proficiency in French is a plus

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the TEMPO method
• Experience in XLReleas, XLDeploy
