Within the “Unified Enterprise Services” tribe, the Unified Identity & Security Services squad is responsible for designing and operating ICT Service Solutions for A1 and ITO-Customers. The technological focus of the Unified Security and Identity Engineer role is on securing enterprise environments through advanced identity management and network protection, specifically using Citrix ADC, Cisco IronPort, modern authentication methods (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, LDAP), and good knowledge of the OSI Model.

A professional for whom IT is a mission and a privilege. Someone who has the skills and dedication to develop IT systems and infrastructure that are in a service of A1 Group.

Your daily routine would include:

• Operating and troubleshooting Citrix ADC Netscaler, including Web Application Firewall;
• Managing Cisco IronPort Web Security Appliance and maintaining robust web security;
• Handling Identity Providers (IdP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies;
• Ensuring smooth integration and management of Modern Authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth;
• Managing On-Prem Authentication systems including Kerberos and LDAP;
• Troubleshooting and supporting technologies related to Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and LastPass, FUDO PAM, ADSelfServicePlus and more – related with security & identity;
• Collaborating closely with teams to ensure effective use of security and identity tools across the OSI 7 Layer Model (Layer 3 to 7);
• Supporting with Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a plus.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Proven experience with Citrix ADC Netscaler and Modern Authentication methods;
• Strong knowledge of On-Prem and Modern Authentication (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth);
• Network and Security Protocols: In-depth understanding of the OSI 7 Layer Model, especially Layers 3 to 7;
• Proficiency in English (B2) and a basic understanding of German (A2);
• Familiarity with Azure MFA.
