Where you Fit In:​

The product designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface and user experience design standards, working closely with our cross functional development teams. The product designer will establish best practices and ensure design consistency in order significantly improve operators’ competitiveness.

Design Tools:

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD (preferably Figma)

The impact you will have:

Working closely with our experienced product management team, the product designer will drive innovation and improvement in our frontend product, especially as we expand into new territories and markets. Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, they will have full autonomy over the design process and methodologies, promoting collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

What we’re looking for:​

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.

3+ years of experience specifically in the igaming industry.

Proficiency in Design Tools:

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD (preferably Figma)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts effectively.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions.

Confident working independently as the sole product designer, taking ownership of the entire design process from research to delivery.

Additional preferred experience:

Experience in latam igaming markets

Experience working with both sportsbook and casino.

Job role responsibilities:

 Designing Intuitive User Interfaces:

 Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our sports betting and casino platforms.

 Prioritize intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences.

Collaboration with Product Managers:

 Engage closely with product managers to gather insights and recommend improvements in frontend design based on industry trends and customer feedback.

Establish Design Standards:

 Set and enforce design guidelines for the frontend to make use stand out from competitors across all our products.

Operator Collaboration:

 Collaborate with operators to understand their needs and provide constructive feedback on their frontend designs.

Enhancing Backoffice Usability:

 Set design standards to enhance the consistency and usability of our backoffice tools.

Clickable Prototypes:

 Develop clickable prototypes to showcase potential new features or updates, facilitating better communication with the product team.

Development team collaboration:

 Engage with frontend and backend developers to ensure that the logic designed is reflected in the final release.
