    About the Client

    The customer is the world’s number one online learning platform for consulting interview preparation. The company works with some of the world’s leading consulting firms and universities, including The Boston Consulting Group, MIT, Cambridge, Oxford, Polytechnique, and Tsinghua. It is a remote-working company headquartered in London.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Independently develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for complex features that impact tens of thousands of users
    • Build and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Angular, Express.js, and Node.js
    • Apply software development best practices, including code refactoring and continuous process improvement
    • Collaborate with other developers to solve challenging technical problems
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
    • Participate fully in our streamlined, agile engineering process

     

    What You Bring

    • 3 – 6 years of background in web development
    • Extensive with full-stack development-based experience with Express.js and front-end frameworks such as Angular
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle large and complex projects involving extensive legacy code
    • Organizational skills, with the ability to structure work, set priorities, and meet deadlines consistently
    • The ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Self-motivation and learning orientation
    • Deep knowledge about front-end technologies including HTML and CSS
    • Strong grasp of web development principles, architecture, and best practices

    Upper-Intermediate
