    • Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and maintain authentication mechanisms including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • Manage authorization frameworks such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Discretionary Access Control (DAC)
    • Handle identity lifecycle management – account provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning in line with best practices
    • Integrate and manage IAM platforms like Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, or similar
    • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and Identity Providers (IdPs)
    • Administer and secure API keys, certificates, and other identity-related credentials
    • Analyze complex access control environments, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements
    • Develop monitoring and auditing mechanisms for access change tracking and detection of unauthorized access attempts
    • Assess risks related to identity and access and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
    • Ensure compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
    • Define and manage IAM policies that align with organizational and regulatory requirements

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in IAM roles, ideally 4+ years in security or IT infrastructure environments
    • Strong understanding of authentication protocols, authorization models, and access control mechanisms
    • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms like Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, etc.
    • Proficiency in configuring SSO, federation protocols (SAML, OIDC), and identity providers
    • Familiarity with API security, key/certificate management, and secrets handling
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex systems and pinpoint access vulnerabilities
    • Knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to identity management

    Nice to have:

    • Participation in cloud adoption projects, especially those involving IAM integration/migration
    • Awareness of emerging trends and innovations in identity and access management
