    We are expanding the Customer Integration team within IT Services Department of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be a part of this exciting journey!

    As an Active Directory System Specialist, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of secure and scalable identity and PKI services across hybrid IT environments. This role focuses on managing Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security, and supporting modernization initiatives in both on-premises and cloud-based systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and international environment.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Operate and maintain Active Directory environments, including Directory Services (DS), Certificate Services (CS), Federation Services (FS), and Group Policy Management.
    • Provide support for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate issuance, lifecycle management, and integration with authentication systems.
    • Support hybrid identity solutions, particularly Entra ID Connect and related Entra ID components.
    • Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of identity and PKI infrastructure services.
    • Participate in the lifecycle management of AD-integrated services, including authentication flows and federation scenarios.
    • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver stable and secure identity services.
    • Maintain documentation of architecture, security concepts, operational procedures, and service dependencies.
    • Participate in 24/7 operations with on-call responsibilities, ensuring service levels are met.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • Completed secondary education or equivalent IT qualification.
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (DS/CS/FS), Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, and certificate-based authentication.
    • Knowledge of PKI technologies, including AD Certificate Services and key management.
    • Understanding of authentication protocols such as Kerberos, LDAPs, SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational support.
    • Familiarity with hybrid identity and cloud-based IAM solutions, especially Entra ID Connect.
    • Awareness of domain security best practices, including hardening and layered security.
    • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
    • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
    • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of identity and PKI technologies.
