Responsibilities:

Producing, editing, proofreading, and maintaining documentation for the Online Games Department, with the following parameters:

• Type: User manuals, How-to guides, Architecture diagrams, Training documents, Operating procedures, Blanks and Forms, etc.
• Subject-matter: sophisticated online products, including gaming software, Backoffice portal and API Integration
• Format: web-based, printed ready, and multimedia
• Collaborators and sources: Software developers, Product owners, Quality engineers, Technical support engineers, Compliance managers, Integration managers
• Target audience: technical users, end-users (non-technical), business accounts, regulatory authorities, internal users
• Scope: international, multilingual coverage, designed to meet a variety of market and regulatory requirements
• Extra: producing creative and promotional content to assist Marketing and other company departments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical writing experience gained in a software development company
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, such as electronics and computer technology or an emphasis in writing, or communications
• Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts and to convey them clearly and concisely to a wide variety of uses, including those without technical experience
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian, written and verbal, with a markedly good language culture in both languages
• Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
• Safe experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Office Tools, and image processing
• General experience with video editing, and content management tools, (familiarity with a documentation publishing software is a plus)
• Grammar expert, accurate, precise, and with a keen eye for details, patterns, and errors
• Focused, goal-oriented, flexible, proactive, and self-responsible person, willing to work in in an exciting and rewarding IT environment
