Student Assistant – Communication, Tools & Processes

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant / Intern to join our Global Product Management team at Milestone Systems in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).

This is a temporary role on a 12 month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – while developing your skills in product communication, processes, and strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you’ll take on a range of tasks tailored to your skills and interests, including:

• Supporting the integration process with camera manufacturers through administrative and coordination tasks
• Assisting with communication and outreach to partners and developers
• Participating in product release and launch activities
• Helping maintain and improve our information systems
• Supporting Platform Product Managers with ad hoc tasks and customized projects

Who Are You?

You are likely a student (or recent graduate) within Business, Communication, or Technology, with 1–2 years left of your studies and availability for 15–20 hours per week. (Full-time opportunities may also be available.)

You might describe yourself as:

• Curious, self-driven, and excited to explore and learn
• A strong communicator, fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• A team player who thrives in a global, diverse, and dynamic environment

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with research and data projects
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or tools used in product/marketing
• Understanding of hardware, software, or security solutions
• Interest in digital marketing, customer journeys, or community building
