    We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead and shape our growing product portfolio.     Position requirements:

    •  Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio (around 12 products)
    • Align product development with the company’s strategic goals and growth roadmap
    • Identify market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and competitiveness
    • Shape product direction by defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing backlogs and roadmaps
    • Balance priorities and resources across teams to deliver impactful outcomes
    • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of around 20 product managers and product owners—fostering a culture of mentorship, ownership, and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared success
    • Present and communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership
    • Handle stakeholder negotiations and align expectations on delivery, performance, and feature sets
    • Stay close to the voice of the customer—gather insights from key clients to drive continuous value

    What we’re looking for :

    • A university degree / Certification in IT, Finance, Management, or a related field
    • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product leadership role (e.g. Product Manager, Head of Product)
    • Solid expertise in IT product development methodologies, including Scrum
    • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and grow large cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
    • Confident presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
