Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting an IT professional for a strategic fintech project to hold the position of a: Python Tech Lead with .NET for a FULLY REMOTE JOB

As a Lead Senior Engineer, you will contribute across the full development lifecycle—analyzing software requirements, designing robust systems, and writing code in .NET and Python. You’ll ensure efficient database performance and provide critical troubleshooting and support. With a strong focus on quality, you’ll conduct code reviews and champion development best practices. You’ll take initiative, collaborating closely with your team, guiding day-to-day operations, and maintaining clear communication with the clients. Last but not least, you’ll provide technical leadership that inspires and elevates your team.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

• 6+ years of proven professional experience as a Python Software Developer
• Experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Very good understanding of microservices architecture
• Very good knowledge of MongoDB and/or Azure SQL
• Experience with Azure Cloud, incl. different SaaS offerings (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.)
• Good knowledge of bug-tracking systems
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience or knowledge of Databricks/Spark/PySpark is not mandatory, but will be a great plus
