Our client is building a platform designed to accelerate enterprise sales by intelligently capturing and amplifying customer stories.

Through a combination of live reference matchmaking, content automation, and AI-enhanced workflows, the product enables companies to scale trust by connecting prospects directly with their happiest customers.

It’s an exciting blend of AI, UX, and B2B SaaS – and the team is laying the foundations for a category-defining platform.

The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer who’s passionate about building modern web applications and experimenting with AI tools in production. You’ll work directly with the Principal Engineer and collaborate across design, product, and engineering to bring powerful new capabilities to life.

As one of the first engineers on the team, you’ll have the chance to define systems, shape product direction, and help build a modern stack from scratch – no legacy, just ownership and impact.

What you’ll be working on:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Build performant, secure APIs and backend services for LLM-powered features and AI workflows
• Integrate with AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Work with vector databases like Weaviate, Pinecone, or FAISS to enable semantic search and smart retrieval
• Build and maintain a scalable component system using Storybook and design best practices
• Set up behavioural analytics using tools like Mixpanel to drive product decisions
• Ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and observability tooling
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 security standards, including RBAC and encrypted APIs

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with AI tools and LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and AI-powered features
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerisation, and serverless
• Understanding of SOC 2 requirements or similar secure development practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Strong testing mindset: unit, integration, and E2E tests
• A collaborative and proactive approach – startup experience is a plus
