For one of our partners – a leading and fast-growing company in the consumer goods sector – we are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Senior BI Developer (Power BI & Tableau).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions
Optimize data visualization processes to support decision-making across departments
Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in all BI reports and data models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI team members
Participate in Agile team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles
Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI and Tableau (or similar BI platforms)
Solid knowledge of SQL , data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from various sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms)
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
