Position Overview
The client is a UK-based technology company that specializes in global travel search services. The client’s platform combines marketplace navigation tools with direct service features, enabling users to explore and compare offerings related to both international and domestic journeys. The platform aggregates data from a wide range of airlines, travel agents, and accommodation providers, offering real-time pricing and availability.
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to join a high-impact initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency and simplicity of travel planning through advanced GenAI solutions. You’ll lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable GenAI solutions, collaborating closely with the Development team to ensure production-grade performance and reliability. GenAI solution expected to be integrated into the Client’s Mobile application and Social Media services, including search and chatbot use cases.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of GenAI solutions to address real-world challenges in travel planning (flights, hotels, cars)
Ensure scalable and reliable deployment of LLM models in both production and development environments
Collaborate with the development team to define and refine best practices tailored to GenAI solutions
Build internal tools to streamline the development, evaluation, and deployment processes
Operate and monitor AI/ML platforms and systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and rapid incident response
Contribute to the continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure
Requirements
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including experience with AWS Bedrock or other LLM API services such as OpenAI
Proficient in Python and key AI/ML libraries
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in building and maintaining knowledge bases for AI projects, including techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML systems in production
Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, from data preparation to model monitoring
Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow)
Experience developing and scaling LLMs or GenAI solutions
Understanding of observability and incident response practices in AI/ML production environments
Nice To Have
Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform
Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in developing AI-powered mobile applications or travel-related solutions
