What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the product roadmap of our AI-driven platform, enabling seamless automation and intelligent decision-making for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

• Own and build the product roadmap while collaborating closely with management, customers, internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the development teams, designers, and architects to deliver features efficiently.
• Articulate the vision for new features through clear presentations and unambiguous communication to empower the development teams.
• Prioritize product requirements effectively, balancing impact and reach and effort to drive the highest value features first.
• Employ a diverse set of strategies—such as user interviews, platform analytics, and market research—to uncover and validate requirements effectively.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including executive teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across the product team.

Your Skills

• Proven product management experience ideally in AI, data or tech.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment, with a hands-on approach and adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in owning and building product roadmaps.
• Ability to prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business value.
• Experience conducting user interviews, market research, and leveraging analytics for product discovery and validation.
• Extensive understanding of backend system architecture
• Experience building products with integrated AI/ML models into production environments is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, AI/data science teams, or similar cross functional and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
