Senior Golang Software Engineer

We cooperate with engineering-led partners on platform modernization and cloud-native delivery. We’re currently engaged in a scoped backend initiative to enhance a core system through iterative development, emphasizing hands-on software engineering, not architectural rework.

IF YOU ARE

• A software engineer with at least 5-8 years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on in building production-grade applications in GoLang
• Strong in backend architecture, development, and system design
• Highly skilled in technologies like Go, RESTful,l and GraphQL APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL
• Accustomed to working with both monolithic and microservices-based architectures
• Experienced with debugging, testing, and code-quality practices
• Comfortable contributing to and improving legacy systems
• Possessing a collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Experienced in mentoring or supporting junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Ruby, and Ruby on Rails (nice to have)

• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and project planning
• Align with team workflows to ensure seamless integration into the existing software ecosystem
• Document and communicate your work to support deployment and long-term maintenance
