We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join one of our teams – the IT Service Desk.
As part of a hands-on and solution-driven internal IT service Desk team, you will primarily support our colleagues across the company by helping them stay productive and solving their day-to-day technical challenges. You will also assist in maintaining and improving IT systems and services across the organisation. We’re looking for a motivated and technically curious individual, whether you’re early in your IT career or already have hands-on experience in support environments.
YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES
Provide technical support to our colleagues working with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, printers, and business applications.
Respond to service desk tickets and resolve issues efficiently and with attention to detail.
Assist in managing user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other internal platforms.
Support basic network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN).
Help document support procedures and maintain internal knowledge bases.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities (equipment setup, accounts, permissions).
Collaborate with other IT teams on system improvements and security hygiene.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Interest in IT support and eagerness to grow in the field.
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and willingness to learn more (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Motivation to take ownership of tasks and deliver reliable results.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science studies
Working level of English (written and spoken).
CONSIDERED A PLUS
Any hands-on experience with IT support (internships, university labs, personal projects, or entry-level jobs).
Experience in supporting hybrid or remote work environments.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management or similar.
Any certification in IT or technical support will be considered an advantage.
