How we work
Annual leave
In the start-up phase of the project, the format is flexible and based on voluntary participation (freelance/ mentorship/ community contribution).
When moving to formal contract positions, a standard paid annual leave of 20 working days will apply, with the possibility of additional days for long term contribution and role in the team.

What we believe in:
Core principles of our policy:
- Clear communication and team coordination. For successful synchronization, each employee is required to participate in basic team meetings and synchronizations (e.g. morning stand-ups or weekly statuses), the times of which are agreed and known in advance.
- Freedom to choose working hours. Each team member has the opportunity to choose his/her working hours within a certain range (e.g. from 08:00 to 20:00), allowing to combine professional duties with personal needs and rhythm.
- Focus on results rather than attendance. Priority is on task performance and quality of work, not strictly fixed hours in the office or online. This encourages personal responsibility and motivation.
- Maintaining a healthy balance. We encourage employees to take time for rest, sports and personal activities, which directly increases motivation and creativity.
