About the role
We are seeking IT professionals to join our team as Transact Business Consultants to support clients in the adoption of Temenos Transact. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into clear, functional specifications for implementation within the Transact platform.This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in core banking software, particularly in the areas of system upgrades and replacements.
Your responsibilities
Capture and validate requirements with our clients (private banks, Asset Management firms) using appropriate tools and techniques
Capture requirements in Business Requirement Documents
Translate requirements in Transact-specific Functional Specification Document (FSD)
Collaborate effectively as ‘one team’ with our technical consultants and developers
Conduct or support quality assurance (QA), with a specific focus on user acceptance testing (UAT)
Role’s requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in core banking systems or IT consulting within the financial sector
5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on securities and wealth management
Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) implementation and customization projects
Proven experience in Temenos Transact / T24 Securities, Corporate actions, SBL modules covering all market products
Deep knowledge and experience in Securities Borrowing & Lending and Collateral management functionalities and workflows
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skill
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
A good command of business English language
Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese would be considered an advantage
