The Role of Customer success specialist: We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about media analysis and communication. The role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a media platform, develop insights, and contribute to the success of well-known brands.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor both traditional and social media outlets
• Create newsletters and develop insights based on the annotated media articles
• Assisting customers with initial setup and ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively.
• Handling customer inquiries via e-mail and phone, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.
• Fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
• Working to retain customers, drive customer satisfaction, by gathering customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement.
• Provide insights on a platform, ready to pitch the platform to both customers and internal stakeholders as well as solve issues platform users might encounter
• Manage content editing independently, meeting deadlines and quality standards without close supervision.
