The Role of Customer success specialist: We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about media analysis and communication. The role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a media platform, develop insights, and contribute to the success of well-known brands.
Responsibilities:
Monitor both traditional and social media outlets
Create newsletters and develop insights based on the annotated media articles
Assisting customers with initial setup and ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively.
Handling customer inquiries via e-mail and phone, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.
Fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
Working to retain customers, drive customer satisfaction, by gathering customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement.
Provide insights on a platform, ready to pitch the platform to both customers and internal stakeholders as well as solve issues platform users might encounter
Manage content editing independently, meeting deadlines and quality standards without close supervision.
