    We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our ERP migration and broader IT strategy initiatives centered around the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of high-impact projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the effective adoption and integration of Business Central across the organization.

    What project we have for you

    Intellias is undergoing a major digital transformation of its internal systems, with the first key milestone being the successful migration to a new ERP platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This transition has already significantly improved our capabilities in P&L execution, talent and resource planning and allocation. The next phase of the transformation is focused on migrating and optimizing our core financial operations.

    We’re seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in the latest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

    You’ll be joining a team that plays a strategic role in corporate change management, process improvement, and automation, helping to shape the future of how Intellias operates.

    What you will do

    • Plan and manage the projects on BC from initiation to go-live.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Talent Management) to gather and prioritize requirements.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
    • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Support change management and user training activities.
    • Drive post-go-live optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Facilitate daily Scrums, Retrospectives, Review, Refinement, and Planning meetings.
    • Enhance the project governance to provide transparency and trust.
    • Apply proactive risk management techniques.
    • Ensure that the team delivers the desired results within agreed scope and timeline.
    • Track progress and key performance indicators reaching success level values.
    • Produce regular reports on the team’s and projects’ progress.

    What you need for this

    • 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in ERP implementations.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform implementation lifecycle.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
    • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skill.
    • Experience with data migration and system integration.
    • Skills in requirements/change management.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum.
    • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong team player.
    • Upper-intermediate in English, both written and verbal.

    Will be a plus:

    • Practical experience with Copilot integration in BC (AI-powered assistants, AI-generated summaries, predictions etc) .
    • Strong understanding of financial processes, business operations, and reporting requirements of IT Service company.
    • Experience working with extensions from MS AppSource (for example, HRIS extensions).
    • Experience working with SAFe.
    • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
