SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Solution Architect

We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

• Crafting detailed solution designs, specifications, and system configurations tailored to private cloud environments
• Facilitating Fit-to-Standard Workshops to assess customer requirements and map them to standard SAP private cloud processes
• Driving customer workshops, Design Thinking sessions, and requirement-gathering activities to ensure alignment with S/4HANA Private Cloud best practices
• Ensure cross-stream solution consistency, particularly between Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain, which constitute the core process threads
• Engaging in pre-sales activities, including qualifying leads, conducting product demos, building roadmaps, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into successful projects
• Leveraging Best Practices Explorer (BPX) for pre-configured processes and accelerators to reduce project time and deliver high-quality solutions
• Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to project teams, ensuring efficient implementation and adherence to SAP Activate Methodology
• Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs and client satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP Private Cloud solution will support their goals

What you bring in:

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP ERP and S/4HANA, with extensive experience in S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Solution Architect.
• Having experience in both the new implementation and system conversion scenarios.
• Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification and SAP Activate certification.
• Deep expertise in customizing and configuration of SAP S/4HANA to meet specific business needs, including the use of SAP Best Practices.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with third-party systems and using SAP BTP for extensions and integrations. Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and its phases ensuring projects follow a structured and efficient approach.
• Strong pre-sales experience, including preparing proposals and delivering compelling presentations to prospects.
• Deep understanding of core SAP modules like SD, MM, FI/CO, and their applicability in private cloud scenarios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen ability to deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proven track record of providing supportive leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment or with large-scale transformation projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, with a flexible approach to onsite and remote work
