    The Technical Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the team who are accountable for the critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. They will oversee the day-to -day operation and optimisation of Dynamics 365. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the platform, in particular Finance and Operations (F&O) as well as the ability to lead and inspire an internal team and coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP)

    What you’ll do

    Being a Technical Delivery Manager is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia – which means you’ll be:

    ● being the expert in D365 F&O with an understanding of Customer Engagement (CE), release processes and integrations

    ● managing incremental delivery against key business and technology outcomes with an eye on our longer term plans and strategy

    ● ensuring our estate is safe and secure and all incidents are managed in line with Costa policy while harnessing innovation and process improvement

    ● managing and delighting key business and technology stakeholders

    ● leading a motivated team, making sure there is a clear iterative plan to work towards

    ● proactively managing dependencies and risks, overcoming obstacles and getting the best value against constraints and risks

     

    Who you are

    It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – System Admin

    • Working knowledge of the Dynamics 365 landscape and system integrations

    • SaaS and PaaS support activities

    • Understanding of agile methodologies and theories with the ability to take the lead on implementing these

    • Outstanding problem-solving and investigation skills in a complex networked organisation with the ability to balance cost and risk

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels with experience working cross culturally (namely India, Bulgaria and UK)

     

    Location – Sofia – Hybrid

    The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.
