Knowledge Manager

In this position, you will conduct learning sessions for the teams, spanning both core principles and advanced methodologies. You will act as an internal coach of the small team of PMs on the use of work instructions, templates, and standard operating procedures in their daily projects. You will be involved in tailoring all training materials to mirror the company’s proprietary methods, toolsets, and organization‑specific workflows. You have to schedule regular refresher courses, interactive workshops, and peer best‑practice forums for the PM community. Last but not least, you have to measure the training impact by collecting participants’ feedback, tracking performance indicators, and reviewing audit outcomes.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Several years of prior experience in project management roles
• Project management certifications – one of the following at least – PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP® or equivalent
• Some experience as a trainer, facilitator, or team coach
• Hands-on experience with project management and training tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, LMS platforms)
• Ability to tailor content and coaching style to diverse learning needs and business contexts
• Analytical mindset and a continuous improvement approach
• Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other economic-related fields is a plus, but it’s not mandatory.
