Front-End Developer – Hybrid (Bulgaria)

Join our core team as a Front-End Developer and be instrumental in crafting the user interface and user experience of our cutting-edge, microservice-based platform. You’ll leverage your expertise in Vue.js (versions 2 & 3) and Nuxt.js to build dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a project from its early stages, collaborate closely with designers and back-end engineers, and shape the user-facing aspects of a dynamic, startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members (designers, back-end engineers) to define objectives, design functional features, and enhance the user experience.
• Develop innovative solutions for new programs, products, and features, staying abreast of industry trends, particularly in front-end technologies.
• Build and maintain reusable, high-quality code using Vue.js (versions 2 & 3) and Nuxt.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement UI/UX designs and ensure visual consistency across the platform.
• Liaise with back-end developers to ensure seamless API integration.
• Follow and adopt emerging front-end technologies.
• Participate actively in code reviews and ensure a high standard of code quality and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of professional experience with Vue.js (including experience with both v2 and v3).
2. 2+ years of professional experience with Nuxt.js.
3. 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript.
4. 2+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
5. 4+ years of professional experience with HTML/CSS.
6. Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
7. Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
8. Docker
9. Linux
10. Nginx

Nice-to-Have Skills & Qualifications:

1. Svelte
2. Node.js
3. Experience migrating from Vue 2 to Vue 3.
4. Experience migrating from JavaScript to TypeScript.
5. Understanding of Kafka.
6. Understanding of SQL database connections (from a front-end perspective).
7. iGaming experience
