Responsibilities

• Use various test automation approaches – API, UI, performance, and others
• Continuously adapt the Test Automation framework as per best practices and according to the specifics of the industry
• Design and execute automated tests
• Define methods and metrics for test effectiveness to achieve higher product quality
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to find the best methods for solving problems in apps and systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation
• Good knowledge of Test Automation best practices
• Ability to analyze QA processes and drive improvements
• Ability to find, troubleshoot, and document defects
• Working knowledge of test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Testlink …etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL or other databases
• Attention to detail in terms of SUT (System Under Test)
• Analytical mindset
• Background in engineering or computer scientist-moving
• Able to work in fast-moving and dynamic environment

The following will be considered as advantages:

• Experience with SAAS products and environments (will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience with JAVA and Spring Boot
• Experience with test automation within CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices
