In connection with expanding the teams of our partners, we are looking for a Specialist Digital Applications – Greek and English!

Responsibilities:

– Customer Support: Assists clients over the phone with inquiries related to digital and online services, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.

– Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves customer issues through analysis and, when necessary, follows up with outbound calls to ensure a complete resolution.

– Email and Online Queries: Responds to client emails and digital inquiries concerning electronic and mobile application-related services.

– Transaction Confirmation: Initiates outbound calls to confirm transactions and provides necessary support for additional verifications.

– Collaboration and Communication: Coordinates with other departments to address issues related to digital service operations and ensures seamless interdepartmental communication.

Requirements:

– Working proficiency in both English and Greek

– Client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills

– Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

– Organizational skills and a proactive attitude

– Responsibility, integrity, and loyalty
