Responsibilities

Set up continuous integration and deployment

Maintain configuration management for the entire infrastructure

Write and manage infrastructure as code

Support operations for the infrastructure and automation tools

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members

Requirements

At least 3 years of expertise in a related position

Proficiency in at least one public or private cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)

Background in advanced sysadmin operations for Linux or Windows

Understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC, BSD Zones, etc.)

Skills in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD, Travis, CodePipeline, or Bamboo)

Competency in scripting/coding for automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java, .Net, or others)

Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

Attention to detail and precision

Motivation to continuously expand skills

Capability to handle challenges with strong problem-solving characteristics

Ability to communicate clearly, both spoken and written, in English

Nice to have

Considerable skills in configuration management, including tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt Stack

Background in IaC platforms such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or others

Proficiency in virtualization technologies like KVM/libvirt or HyperV

Knowledge of version control systems, including git, Subversion, or CVS

Understanding of TCP Networking principles

Familiarity with monitoring tools for infrastructure management
