Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re an agile, product-driven team focused on building a next-generation web platform using modern technologies like React, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS. Our ecosystem powers robust backend services and intuitive frontends that deliver a seamless experience to thousands of users daily.

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery across our development teams, ensure product alignment, and foster cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, designers, and engineers.

Your Responsibilities

• Own project planning, delivery tracking, and coordination across engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders
• Act as the primary communication bridge between our team and the client, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and priorities
• Facilitate regular meetings and demos with the client to gather feedback and provide progress updates
• Ensure teams have everything they need to execute — from specs to user stories
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and communication across the board
• Run effective stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings using agile methodologies
• Maintain clarity across Jira/Notion (or equivalent tools) with updated roadmaps and progress reports
• Contribute to team productivity and continuous improvement of workflows
• Align product goals with technical execution, especially in a SaaS or cloud-native context
