Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in classical Machine Learning and proven production experience in one or more of the following domains: NLP, Time Series, MLE/MLOps (Machine Learning Engineering/Operationalization), or Recommendation Systems. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and work on diverse, high-impact problems. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and client executives, vertical owners, and technical teams. Responsibilities

Lead the AI idea assessment, as well as design, development, and deployment of end-to-end ML solutions

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business problems into data and AI-intensive solutions

Own model lifecycle: from research to experimentation to monitoring in production

Mentor junior team members and guide best practices in coding and ML workflows

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI

Requirements

5+ years of production experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

Proficiency in Python ecosystem and data science libraries (Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets

Expert knowledge of at least one ML domain: NLP, CV, Time Series, Recommenders

Extensive experience with (cloud) Databricks (Notebooks, MLflow, data processing via Apache Spark, etc.)

Confidence in using one of the Deep Learning frameworks (Pytorch/Tensorflow)

Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and model serving techniques

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure – prio)

Strong communication and leadership skills

B2+ English, both verbal and written

Familiarity with MLOps tools and approaches
