Position Overview
We are looking for a new member of our global Design Studio who will share our passion for perfect pixels, effective collaboration, and clear processes.
We are working on many complex and interesting projects, mainly B2C/B2B/SaaS. We create the user experience for web and mobile applications, serving clients in various industries: finance, healthcare, travel, etc.
Our designers combine user experience and visual skills, are flexible and proactive, and can work either independently on a project or as a part of a bigger design team.
Responsibilities
Inventing and designing web and mobile applications that provide compelling and seamless customer experiences
Developing high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
Driving and delivering consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX designs
Working closely with product owners, developers, and researchers to create both new products and features and extend existing ones
Translating customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
Commissioning and participating in user research and testing activities, and drawing the insight needed to make informed and user-centered design decisions
Working with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer value
Requirements
Experience in creating and using personas, CJMs, mind maps, low & high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in using graphic editing tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe products, and others)
Strong visual skills
Knowledge of user testing methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
Teamwork experience
Ability to present and articulate UI/UX decisions
A portfolio that demonstrates the above skills
Good communication skills (English level B2 or higher)
