*This position is fully remote only for employment in Bulgaria. However, people can also work in one of our offices in Sofia or Varna if they prefer to.

Position Overview

Our client is a financial company that operates in Canada. We are developing multiple website platforms for end-users in order to make their financial operations easier.

As an AI Automation Specialist, you’ll use Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to build and deploy AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems—fast. From automating document intake to building conversational agents that reason through exception cases, you’ll be at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents for use cases like customer support, document review, and internal triage
• Build Power Automate flows that connect data from SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook, Teams, and third-party APIs
• Use generative AI to summarize, reason, and respond to user inputs dynamically
• Collaborate with business units to rapidly prototype and launch AI-driven automations
• Build human-in-the-loop flows for compliance, exceptions, and QA reviews
• Maintain prompt templates, reusable connectors, and process documentation
• Monitor bot/agent performance and iterate using analytics and user feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong background in building and deploying agents in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, AI prompt design, and reasoning workflows
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 tools and REST APIs
• Ability to design scalable automation solutions with business logic and exception handling
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or Syntex
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Dataverse, or Power BI
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-500, AI-102)
• Previous work in lending, insurance, or financial services
