Junior Manual QA Engineer

Today this happens through an advanced cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data services.

The Manual QA Engineer position is technical and creative role focused on developing in our custom Salesforce environment. It’s designed to work closely with the other members of the Salesforce team and Business teams to understand the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and create test scripts based on user stories and requirements
• Perform unit, QA, and performance testing on in-house components
• Support UAT by learning test plans, scripts, and conducting testing sessions
• Contribute to automated testing processes
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early
• Document results, report bugs, and track defect resolution
• Set up and maintain test environments, learning new tools as needed
• Open to discovering and adopting new technologies for testing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in QA Engineer role
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Previous experience in Salesforce environment is considered as a plus
