We’re looking for motivated learners who want to grow with us.

Some of your responsibilities as a Junior Generative AI Developer will be to:

• Learn to work with leading-edge technologies in the Generative AI space (LLMs, embeddings, prompt design, vector stores, etc.)
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and AI mentors to build real-world tools and solutions
• Develop and maintain software solutions where AI plays a central role
• Learn to integrate AI services and APIs into scalable software systems
• Experiment, prototype, and contribute to internal initiatives pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI
• Participate in the design and development of solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering
• Grow your skills through hands-on projects, mentorship and code reviews

What we look for:

• Strong interest in Generative AI, machine learning and software development
• Completed training or education in software development (e.g., university degree, coding bootcamp or certification program)
• Solid Python skills and proficiency in at least one additional programming language such as C# or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of core programming principles (OOP, REST APIs, version control, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with SQL and the Python data stack
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies

What we will value but will NOT insist on:

• Experience with Gen-AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar
• Exposure to open-source LLMs or Hugging Face Transformers
• Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, GitHub)
• Basic data analysis skills
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript or C# for building front-end or integration layers
• Bonus: Personal or academic projects involving AI, LLMs or ML systems
