Senior Java Engineer

What you will do:

• Support an existing international team, related to logistics and warehouse supply chain management
• Handling delivery and distribution orders, purchasing and dispositions
• Giving a helping hand for a smooth transition from legacy tech stack to Java
• Endeavouring within an International Working Environment
• On-call duties are applicable, one week per month

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 7+ years of extensive experience with Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Expertise in distributed systems and architecture, Kafka as focus
• Expertise with GitHub an / or GitLab and managing deployment cycle
• Expertise with microservice architecture
• Experience with monitoring systems – Prometheus, Grafana setup or similar

Any of the following is a plus:

• Familiarity with Scrum / Agile working environment
• Experience with JBoss
• Exposure to software architecture and DevOps
